Apart from fat salary checks, you need to provide other incentive programs which include vacations to rejuvenate the stuck employee and keep them glued to the job.

If your business hasn’t being doing quite well this year, it is probably time for you to cut down on some spending. Optimize resources and look for ways to cut material costs. Recycle your own waste. Get the most out of your production real estate. Design your workplace efficiently so that the area is properly utilized. Rent out the space left. It can add to your income. Track and measure your operational efficiency.
